The Knitting Maevan

My cat is driving me up the wall. I don't know what to do. Byron has a new and wonderfully irritating as sin habit. I wake up. I putter around like a zombie. I make tea, eat some yogurt and sit down at my computer. This is where it begins. Byron then starts yeowling and meowing and gurgling like mad. He wanders around me, making as much noise as possible. Then, he starts clawing at the walls, the front door and then goes into the kitchen. Here, I start to lose my cool. He tries to get under the sink. We have two cuboards there. We used to store food there. We had to tape the doors shut and install super strong velcro to keep him out, and we moved the food. Anyway, he attacks. He will not stop until he gets in and he's very very vocal about it. Every day. From 10am until 3pm. What makes it worse: HE HAS FOOD! We have a food and water dispenser system set up. There is no reason for this. I think he wants his favourite food. Or wet food. You see, months ago we gave them all a super expensive fancy food to get rid of plaque. The vet made us buy it, but we haven't been able to get it since. Also, because Maybelle has worms (yes, she is indeed cursed), we had to give them all medicine in wet food. Now, he wont shut up!

Looking all sneaky after I boot him out of the kitchen. What makes it worse, is that nothing is making it stop. I shoot him with the water bottle, I grumble, I tap him on the nose, I drag him off by his scruff, I lock in him in the bathroom, NOTHING!! Help? Please? My sanity this summer is at stake!!

Meanwhile, to keep knitting related: I have added and modified by links list again. I'm trying out some new blogs for the fun of it. Anybody have any suggestions for me?
