The Knitting Maevan

Hey folks. Talking to Lis has given me the motivation to make a quick post. I don't have much to say for myself other than the following:

WIPs: Still Tracy's slippers, Kim's scarf.
FO: Mum's hat and Pat's hat :) I'll post pictures asap.
Dreams: Still seriously considering Meema. I wont two skeins of Lambspride on Ebay, so I'll wait for that to come in. I'll post pictures of that later :) I also want to make the "Go with everything" cardigan from SnB and maybe the honeymoon tank from Knitty.

I can't think of anything else I really need to do right now. I do want to tackle cables asap, as I keep seeing lovely celtic cabling that are just to die for.

We have a new member to our family :) Lis and I have become cat ladies. When we move out on the 1st of March, there will officially be more felines than people. The new lady will have a picture posted soon, I swear. She goes by Bella, though her full name is Maybelle. That's right, a MayKitty! Bwaha!

Tuesday (?) is the next Knitting meetup. I'm excited :) I love those ladies and I can't get enough of cafes these days. I want to spend all of my time sipping chai lattes and talking about anything and everything while checking out the cute cafe boys ;)

Hopefully I'll get over my general sense of boredom and apathy soon. I think it's just cabin fever and restlessness, but I can't seem to sit down and be interested in anything I'm doing lately. I haven't knit since I finished Pat's hat about a week ago. How sad is that?
